Delivery policy

We deliver by hand across Porth, Tonyrefail and the surrounding Rhondda valleys. We confirm any delivery charge with your enquiry, and collection from the shop is always free.

Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 1:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Collection is available during our opening hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–3:00pm, Sat 8:00am–12:00pm, Sun closed.

We will always call you on 01443 670522 before we set off. Where it is safe to do so we can leave your flowers with a neighbour or in an agreed spot; otherwise we bring them back to the shop and arrange a time to try again.
