Substitution policy

Our flowers are seasonal and bought fresh, so occasionally a particular stem is unavailable.

Where that happens we substitute with a flower of equal or greater value, keeping the overall style, size and colour palette of the design you ordered.

If a substitution would significantly change your order, we will contact you first.
