Refund policy

If you are not happy with your flowers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will put it right.

Where we cannot put it right, we will refund you in full. Just call 01443 670522 or email judiesflorist@gmail.com and we will arrange it.

Fresh flowers are perishable goods, so statutory cancellation rights for distance selling may not apply. Your legal rights are not affected.
